The FRC discussed the “launch of the Adult Stem Cells Saved My Life Education & Awareness Campaign,” the health care abortion debate, profiled EEOC nominee Chai Feldblum, interpreted results from a GSS survey as showing  “that adults in always-intact marriages who also worship at least weekly are more likely than all other adults to be proud of the type of work they do,” accused Rep. Diana DeGette (D-Colo.) of being unfamiliar with the Constitution and (possibly facetiously) argued that  “It may be time for an amendment requiring members of Congress to take a basic proficiency test on at least the Bill of Rights.”

An FRC Action Alert email urged subscribers to contact their senators and ask them “to vote No on any procedural vote to move to the health bill unless Senator Reid’s version of the bill contains the Stupak-Pitts amendment to ban government funding of abortion.”

A Washington Update email from the group discussed the abortion in health care debate, the  Adult Stem Cells Saved My Life Education & Awareness Campaign, and tort reform.
