Two posts by the AFA deal with the tragic massacre at Ft. Hood, TX. The first quotes verses from the Koran that encourages its followers to take up violence against those who do not adhere to the Muslim faith. The second encourages the U.S. Military to ban Muslims from service. Bryan Fischer writes,

“It it is time, I suggest, to stop the practice of allowing Muslims to serve in the U.S. military. The reason is simple: the more devout a Muslim is, the more of a threat he is to national security. Devout Muslims, who accept the teachings of the Prophet as divinely inspired, believe it is their duty to kill infidels. Yesterday’s massacre is living proof.  And yesterday’s incident is not the first fragging incident involving a Muslim taking out his fellow U.S. soldier”

Yet another post criticizes the way Pres. Obama handled the event at a press conference.

The other major issue of the day is health care reform with two posts dealing with some of the ramifications of its possible passage. The first indicates that U.S. taxpayers would be required to foot the bill for sex change operations under the public option. The second contends that federally funded abortions would be a reality under health care reform.

    irrelevant quote

Let me just spell it in very simple terms. Destroying a clump of cells is not murder. Otherwise, any man, every man, who ejaculates in his sleep would be guilty of the exact same crime. Discarding a bunch of cells that contain the human genome being equated to murder. And every woman who doesn’t get her egg impregnated is a murderess as well. Off with her head!!
