ERLC and Richard Land

by Jessica Bryan

The ERLC’ discussed Richard Land’s view on recent health care proposals, saying:

“While Richard Land has admitted some of his analogies between Nazi Germany and proposed elements of health care reform were “imprecise,” he is certain there are connections to be made between some ideas under discussion in the health care reform debate today and some underlying philosophies held by the Germans and others, particularly American eugenicists, in the first half of the 20th century.”

The group also reported on activities of the pro-life group 40 Days for Life, a middle schooler being allowed to wear an “Abortion is not Healthcare” shirt and other pro-life apparel at school, and the near death experience of a Canadian teenager who had an abortion.

The group also discussed Kevin Jennings, and accused GLSEN of using their Ally Week “anti-bullying message as a springboard to indoctrinate students with the homosexual agenda.”
